-Levels 4, 5 and 6 of the Intermediate DVD are weekly training programs with 5 training sessions per week. Levels 4, 5 and 6 are good general programs for anyone with some training experience. These programs are for anyone who want to train like an acrobat, gymnast or pole fitness athlete. You can do it at home with a minimum investment!
DVD 3 Advanced
Contents:
-Levels 7, 8 and 9 of the Advanced DVD are weekly training programs for advanced level athletes, gymnasts, acrobats and pole fitness athletes. The Advanced DVD provides good basics to prepare for specific strength moves and to keep the body balanced. You can do it at home with a minimum investment or in a gym!
